Fully hydraulic side dumping rock loader is a new trackless loading equipment by crawler travel, it is mainly used for loading operations of coal petrography (or other minerals) in roadway of coal mine (or other mines), as well as for rock loading of small cross-section total rock roadway, it has many advantages, such as large inserting force, good mobility, full cross section operation, good safety and multi-functions. In addition to loading operation, it is also able to provide power for hydraulic drill, and act as an operation platform for supporting and finishing the short distance transport on working face, digging, sealing and other works, which can greatly enhance tunneling speed and obtain good composite economic results.
Main advantage
ZCY series fully-hydraulic fully-hydraulic side dumping rock loader consists of seven parts, including side shovel mechanism, crawler travel assembly, rack assembly, hydraulic operating system, driving control system and electrical system, etc..
It is classified into five different power sizes according to different loading capacities, including ZCY45R, ZCY60R, ZCY80R, ZCY100R and ZCY120R. The customer can select the appropriate model as per the actual cross section dimension of his roadway and the demand for loading efficiency.
Note: The max. dimension of analytic structure parts of ZCY45R and ZCY60R side dumping rock loader is less than 2.8mx1.3mx1.6m and the weight of single room is less than 2.0t; the max. dimension of analytic structure parts of ZCY80R, ZCY100R and ZCY120R type is than 3.8mx1.5mx1.7m and weight of single room is less than 3.5t.
